Caesy is a great in-office Patient EducationTool that also has an on-line option.

You upload your patient email list and they allow you a number of nice features to stay in touch and provide information for your patients.

To maintain the list you will have to go through an extra step, to go onto their website to add and delete patients as they enter or leave your practice.

The Caesy Dental Education Center has hundreds of topics for the patient to look up. This allows patients to see more info on a wide variety of dental and medical topics, so they are asking you for the services and how they apply to them, rather than you having to make the diagnosis and seem like you are selling them a service that makes you money.  The Syms clothing stores have the slogan that “An educated consumer is Our Best Customer — they know the value of the brands we carry” — translated to dentistry, the patient with bleeding gums can find information on Periodontal Disease and the alternatives of treatment.

You can also refer patients to CaesyOnline with a Rx system that gives them links to the specific areas of information with there problem.  They become an educated comsumer, you save a thousands words of explanation, and you become branded as the State-of-the-Art dentist whom people should go to for information and treatment.

The nicest part of CaesyOnline is the SmileLink Newsletter. We use it to send regular Office Newsletters, which we are able to custom with Office News as well as select from new articles one 3 or 4 topics of interest which the Caesy staff write each month.

Patients have the option to opt-in or out of the system, so visitors to your site can be directed to see the current newsletter and to sign up for future Newsletters from you.
